Started having ED problems about 3 years ago. Ignored it until finally saw my doctor. Went through all options and now are on injections, which work great. Problem is, for years, I have not been able to ejaculate. Not during sex. Not while masturbating. With the injection, I stay erect for several hours, but makes no difference. After a couple of hours, all we / I get is sore. I am so "mentally horny" and frustrated. Any advice?

Your problems are not just erectile. You need to discuss the inability to ejaculate following any kind of stimulation with your GP to see whether it is a physiological or psychological issue.

Your profile stats that you're on numerous medications. I'd check the possible side effects on them to see if they could be causing that.

I used to suffer from delayed ejaculation, my doctor narrowed it down to an SSRI I was taking, we switched medications and everything went back to normal

I was in the same boat when I was on an SSRI.

Yeah, SSRI’s can really do a number on your sexual performance. Glad I was able to find one that didn’t affect me that way.

Which one did you find suited you in the end?

I’m now on Lexapro, I tried every SSRI known to man before I got this one, so far it’s the only one that hasn’t affected me sexually.

Thanks. Might ask for that if I need an SSRI in the future. Hopefully not.

My urologist told me that there was nothing he could do about that problem.
