Hi I'm on my 6th day of circumcision, I just want to make sure everything is healing properly. I have bad erections at night time, what can I do to keep this from happening so often? Also should I wear loose underwear or tight underwear while working, I deliver packages for Amazon so I move around alot. How is everything looking from the picture and any suggestions for proper care and fast healing? Also as shown in this picture it occasionally bleed in this area is that normal?

Seems to be healing fine. You can avoid nightime erections by limiting fluid intake after 6pm . Sleeping on your sides and pulling your legs up towards your chest when you feel an erection coming will subside your erections . You can also try putting a cold damp cloth on yourself each time you feel like one is incoming.

Small bleeds are very common and occur till 2-3 weeks or so. Since you deliver items and so I assume you move alot , it would be wise to use a clean gauze to cover the incision site and wear a snug fitting underwear so as to not displace your stitches. There's is no faster way or healing and the best care is probably keeping the area dry and hygienic. Warm baths twice a day can help . Also do have regular follow ups and follow the avice of your doc which is most important . All the best !

How long should I soak my penis in salt water each day? And is there a specific brand salt best to use?

Nope there's no specific brand and any will do. There's no general time limit which is adivised but in my opinion 10-15 mins is more than sufficient to do the job. Cheers !

My doctor told me that my circumcision is healing very well. What should I use to help with my scars and bumps from the surgery?

Actually nothing additional is necessary and the bumps will even out with time . You may choose to use products like bio oil that can help lighten the scar and coconout oil on the shaft to keep it moisturised. A word of caution though, best to start these once you have healed up well around 4 th week or so after all the stitches have fallen off, the scar is healthy with not much swelling.

Apply an ice pack to unwanted elections ( a frozen packet of peas in a clean t shirt will do).
