Small, blister-like bubbles on the tip of my glans

Recently I had a burst blood vessel in my glans and ever since these 'bubbles' have started appearing atound my glans. Ive looked on google for the name of this and I have found nothing. I dont know If it is something that will just go away in a couple of weeks or if it is something very serious and needs to be looked at. Does anyone here know what it could be and if its necessary to see a doctor about it?

Hi in the op this guy has discolouration to the glans and meatal stenosis. If your glans is in a similar condition you should see your doctor.
