I dont know why my penis head looks like this. Is it dry skin? If it is, what should i do?

It could be dry skin or it could be an infection. Go to your doc or to a sexual health clinic.
Looks like keratinization. I've avoided that by wearing soft underwear. And yes dry masturbating will contribute.

I would suggest that you check it with your doctor. It looks like you are quite dehydrated and the fact that you dry masterbate daily will definitely contribute to your member looking that. Please maintain adequate hydration as dehydration contributes a lot to ED (erectile dysfunction) as well as certain medications. I’ve been working on a way to reverse it and I think it’s safe to say that there’s help. But don’t allow it to get that far, stay hydrated and apply some coconut oil over it twice daily to clear up the dry skin and please please stop dry masterbating. If you have to, keep a jar of pure coconut oil (coconut merchant) handy it’s safe and no chemicals getting into your member to cause you future problems.
