Pls reply, first night

I’ve seen all the general tips to control erections, is there anything special that worked out for one of you? Pls reply. Can’t sleep bc I’m that scared.

I am assuming it's your first night after the circumcision ? So if it is , restrict fluid intake after 6pm and void your bladder as many times as you need during the night and definitely before you sleep . Also if you feel like you are getting an erection , you can sleep on your side and pull your legs up to your chest (foetal position) or you can put a damp cold cloth on yourself . This should help out . All the best !

The first night i did get erections and they hurt but that’s also because I drank a lot of water. I would avoid drinking water before bed. If you get them just remember they are helpful in the healing process. Try to think of something else or put something cold on yourself in order to have the erection go down if it does happen. You’ll be fine.
