Am now getting better and the pain has gone from wounds I once used Dettol which was wrong it was just for a day but now am healing I started using salt water should I still go and see the doctor bcoz of the Dettol I used or I should let it heal please advice me I will be very great full

I might be worth getting it checked out just to make sure you have not done serious damage or have scarring that might be a problem in the future.
