I did my circumcision 35 days back, it was low and tight type. My stitches have fallen out. I had a consultation today doctor said that I can try masturbating however when my penis during erection gives me pain. Is this because I did low and tight circumcision when I checked with my doctor he asked me to lubricate my penis with coconut oil or bio oil every day and the skin would stretch itself in 3-6 months.
Did any of you experience the same and how did you overcome? Is this normal? Or is too much foreskin removed causing the erection pain?

My circumcision wasn't tight like yours but I did get extreme discomfort when I had an erection. It was like the skin wouldn't stretch far enough to accommodate the surge of blood to my penis. Coconut oil or Bio oil definitely helps. I used either twice a day for months and massaged it well in. You're only 5 weeks in so internal healing will still be going on but things will improve.
Think it took about 3 months for the discomfort to disappear but it still felt like it wasn't stretching far enough for another couple of months so I carried on massaging with oil to help the skin stretch more. Also was careful when I masturbated as the skin felt tight.
How is it now? Your description would be the same as if I took my uncut penis and pulled the skin back when erect and then kept on pulling another half inch. That would also hurt and that is a big concern I have, how sex is going to be far less interesting than it is currently. I mean if you're having an erection and it hurts then why would you want to have one.
It's working ok now and erections no longer a problem. Things just take longer to heal up when you get older and I also had skin adhesions which had to be cut, but everybody's different.
I feel that it would be slow healing for me. The look with light off doesn't matter to me. Loss of sensitivity does. Look of scars does. I have that now with bxo though. Tight skin forever and always needing a litter of spit or tube of lube with me to jo or have sex. When I was younger women always complained that they used to have sex and it would hurt with ex's because it would be dry. That was never something that was an issue with me with foreskin as as the skin we all know slides over the shaft and there's no lube needed. As long as the skin on the outside is wet enough to get in, that's all you need for sex. I don't want to be pulling out every 5 or 10 minutes to grab lube so I've got a lot of concerns from what I've read. Also, I've noticed that my BXO ring, which is bad in my opinion, doesn't seem to be getting worse when the area is not aggravated. So any type of retraction that causes pain is caused by microtairing the skin which leads to more scaring and irritation of the problem. So I would like to see the bxo ring cut so that the skin has room to expand, put a ring in that will keep it expanded or something like that and let it heal in an expanded state so that when it's retracted later and healed it's no longer tight and it's also no longer gonna get torn again because it's already healed in a wide state. I think for anybody who has BXO, you do not want to play with the skin skin and you want to use a strong steroid cream but the problem is that if the rain is causing the skin to have to be stretched in order to be retracted then you end up with a microtaire that heals and repeat next time the skin is retracted in tears and this ring continues to get Thicker but also longer and makes a full rotation around the shaft. Then then it gets wider as it continues to tear And this comes from sex or masturbation as that's when your skin is retracted. It seems that the skin is trying to heal and will remain healed if it's not torn it's not torn in the way I just described so if you can overstruct it and let it heal in that way then it makes sense that next time you have sex or masturbate that the skin will not have a reason to tear because it hopefully will retain a more stretched state. The problem here is that scar tissue doesn't have elasticity. My ring feels like it's a layer of scar tissue in between the foreskin and I'm hoping that cutting through it will break 1 side, not the whole way through, will relieve the tension and then it's just like I said above, a matter of keeping it stretched and letting it Scab and heal over like any other scar would. It is almost like a natural skin graft. There's no doctors that will try this theory of mine though lol so I'm going to try to stretch it myself and and I'll have to make some sort of device that I wear and I will stretch it 1/2" beyond what it does now and see if it heals, if it will stay that wide or just keep retracting back to where it is now.
Sorry, long msg. Also only should need 1/2 the foreskin cut but they want it all or almost all of it cut.
Yes it's a difficult decision. I felt that circumcision was my only option as I'd tried everything else. You're probably right not to rush into something drastic if you're unsure about the outcome
Damn doctors are selling that skin in face creams. The more skin, the more $. Sounds like what you said. Put your Wang in the sun and feed it potato chips. That will make it wrinkle and stretch best.
I had a hi and tight and was told that it will be a new felling for me to get use to that it will feel tight. My doc said it would be like a new pair of shoes getting use to
2. I can masturbate and I am still learning to make it enjoyable!
3. My urination has stopped spraying just the last few drops spray a very little, still have a bit of swelling and that could be the reason for spraying said doctor.
4. And my skin started stretching and I have 0 pain during erections and masturbation!
I will post another update on my 100th day!
For those who did surgery recently, wait for sometime its after the sixth week the heeling happen faster. Take care all!
