Considering circumcision revision. Any advice?

I was circumcised at birth and it's cut high and loose. I want to remove some of the excess skin and make it tighter and lower. Any other guys have a similar experience? What is the first step? How do I go about specifying where how I want it changed and how do I know doctor will use the right technique?

Hi , though I have no prior experience with recircumcisions , have a little knowledge so would like to share as much as I know. Yes , you can get a revision done , perhaps low and tight . But the method and the exact incision line would be best discussed with your surgeon. You might want to look at his previous surgical photos and choose a recovery option as such . Mostly there's nothing much to it and he would probably show you what the end result would look like with the various methods he can employ. All of these can only be cleared up with your doc so I suggest you meet a skilled/competent surgeon who can get you what you want. Generally the doc makes the call for the method used but in your case you can discuss it with him and maybe the same or an alternative can be done. All the best !

Why do you want to get re circumcised? I had a re circ January this year as I had stitch tunnels.

I think your circumcision looks absolutely fine. If you want more skin removed I’d opt for the high and tight circumcision so you wouldn’t lose any sensation. Just my opinion though

You have a choice to just tighten the loose shaft and keep all your inner foreskin or to loose the inner foreskin and go for a really low tight cut. Both would give you tightness but look and feel different

No need man if u are grower u will open a hell gate possible u stick to what u have so far u had used in way and other and always think some guys not cut at all they are still happy just stop over thinking it’s an advice
