Frenulum bumps?

Found these bumps on my penis frenulum wondering if they can be anything serious they haven't grown in size or blistered and when not zoomed they look just like little white spots

If I was you I would get them checked out by a doctor. Have you always had that dark lesion on the glans?

yea the doc said monitor them but he didn't think they were herpes and yes i always had that since birth

I would follow your doctor’s advice and if there is any change get back to your doctor.

will do the picture does it no justice in reality the bumps are way smaller but i am going to keep an eye on them
