Tiny wound open when got erection

Today is the 18th day post circumcision. I have 14 stitches at the time of op. Today when i bath that time 4-5 stitches fallen and before two day 4 stitches fallen. Now i have only 2-3 stitches at wound site. In to my circumcision free hand stitches taken.

Today after bath ,during dressing my penis got minor erect , that time i notice wound is minor open at 2 place, there is not any swelling and infection on my penis.

Tell me guys what i want to do?

why not bandage your penis on daily basis.

do daily cleansing with a bowl of salt water (2cups+1spoon salt), put vaseline on gauze to prevent stickiness and bandage comfortably tight.

that was my practice, healed in week 4.

The stitches will have done all they can in 10-12 days and it is usually recommended that they be removed after 14 days to avoid stitch tunnels as well as reducing swelling.

Minor opening of the wound is not unusual, especially after strong erections. They will heal, even if possibly a bit slower.

Why don't doctors say/believe in stitch tunnels? I tried making my doctors remove my stitches but they refused and now have tunnels.
