Itching red bumps

For the past two months I have been itchy on the foreskin and testicles that come with red bumps. Itching initially began elsewhere in the body and also reached the genital area. The bumps also appear on the scrotum. Blood and urine tests showed no STDs. The family doctor still doesn't know what it is, dermatologist and allergist said it is call "pruritus" and its not allergic reaction. It is still unclear what is the reason for itching in the rest of the body. I have tried different creams and oils but nothing helps. Anything know how to deal with the problem?

You might wanna check out if you have changed anything recently . Any chemicals , soaps , detergents , washing powder , linen or clothes that maybe aggravating the skin . A friend of mine had something like this and had to go for an allergen testing and found out he was allergic to some chemical after years of antihistamines and creams for pruritis.

You have scabies I think, visit a dermatologist or you can diagnose yourself sometimes through the internet, as scabies is a very common infestation of mites.
