Swelling

Hello everyone. I got circumcised on the 23rd of March this year. It was done through laser. I’ve noticed that the swelling has not really gone down. It makes me feel insecure of how it looks and thus have not had sex for quite some time. Is there anything I can apply on it to reduce swelling?

I read bio oil helps. Mine is also a bit swollen on the bottom after almost 2 months now.

Are you still wearing protection under your clothes? And did you ever experience any itchyness?

Hi babyblue1 the swelling will go down it's just time we all heal different the icthyness is normal it did my head in I had that problem for 5 months but it's all good now I am not for off 7 months but still use the coconut oil and also the AQUEOUS cream 3 times a day to keep him moist take care

How long did it take you to walk comfortably without any protection?

Hi it took about 6 weeks to be fare I found it very uncomfortable don't no what underware you wear I have hipsters which a better fit I can send you eBay number if you want this design is good and holds all your bits

Swelling can take many months to completely resolve. This is one of the side effects of the surgery you have had.

The swelling on my scar is the most sensitive part after almost 2 months. Glans is getting a lot better. I’ve read for a lot of people the swelling doesn’t go down until months or even years. Will the swelling be sensitive the entire time it’s there? I don’t care about looks I just want to be able to walk around comfortably.

And would you recommend bio oil?

The swelling will hopefully lose its sensitivity. You can use something like bio oil on the scar itself to try to help it fade.
