My Doctor asked me to return in 2 weeks time to remove my circumcision stitches. Is it Normal?

Yes. At 2 weeks the wound should be healed.

Plus removing sutures -even dissolvable ones- smooths scar and skin "tunnels"

Mine were all gone out at 20 days, but they could be removed before for the above reasons.

Anyway, the doctor will decide in the visit.

I cut mine out myself. But get them taken out as it will heal a lot quicker

Today I removed all mine and wrapped around with Gauze . When will I need to remove it? How do you overcome with glans sensitivity? I feel like need to cover my penis with gauze in my entire life

The problem with having a glans covered and rarely exposed to air means that it is not used to direct contact. Clearly most uncut men and all circumcised men do not have this issue because of glans contact with clothes etc. For now, wear tight fitting underwear. Use some lube and play with your knob gently and often. You’ll get used to being exposed and your glans will learn to love direct stimulation
