After surgery for Crohn's Colitis and I had my colon and rectum removed, I was not able to ejaculate anymore. I have orgasm and it feels normal with no pain.
I asked the surgeon's office to send me a copy of the entire surgery notes, and one part said they were very careful not to damage the prostrate. The 2 1/2 page report says it was really difficult because of the inflammation in the rectum and the last part of my colon. But the report did not mention any damage to prostrate or any permanent damage.
The surgeon did an excellent job. No more pain and I always weighed 135lbs - 140lbs (5'10''), now I average between 178 to 185lbs.
This surgery happened 3 years ago and every urologist said I have to give it time. There are a lot of nerves in the area and it can be a long time before they work right. Basically they say the nerve response to close the bladder neck isn't working and my semen is going into my bladder instead of out.
Ok, so after trying 240mg of Sudafed for days, I masturbated and no ejaculation. Immediately, I peed maybe 2oz into a clear jar to see if it looks cloudy, but it didn't.
Long story short, is my body not producing semen anymore? How cloudy should the urine look like (and what exactly is cloudy)?
If I don't produce semen anymore, that means my prostrate isn't functioning, but I have none of the symptoms of prostrate problems.
I know you all aren't medically trained, but what is going on?
Thanks!
