I have this white/red itchy sensitive rash on my penis. I would like to know what it is and how to remove it. Does anyone know?

Are you intact or circumcised?

If intact it may be a yeast infection.

Another possibility is a soap reaction. Never use a deodorant or highly fragranced soap.

Make sure you rinse very well with any kind of soap. Your unprotected sex may have irritated your penis making it more likely for a reaction to the soap.

A visit to the doctor may be in order to rule out other things or treat what it might be.

Beter safe than sorry is the rule.

My penis is circumcised. It stings a lot in certain small parts and feels like small cuts or mini ulcers, I don't know. That ring of skin below the tip has always felt weaker than the rest of the shaft. It could be a phimotic ring, unfortunately located below the circumcision line, making it more prone to infection or tears...

I'm sure it's not soap causing that.

I feel it could be some bacteria or infection, but don't know what.

I'm currently in Indonesia and don't know about any qualified Doctors.
