How to treat Open Wound after circumcision

on my 10th day I had a bad erection which caused 2 3 stitches to tear through my skin leaving a bit of an open wound on the underside of my buddy.

I'm on my 14th day now. There's yellow oozes and some blood and it stings when in contact with anything (testicle).

How do I heal this properly and fast? I removed the gauze around the wound after my 12th day, should I keep gauzing or leave it in the open with vaseline jelly?

Wash it daily with salt water/shower > spread petroleum jelly (Vaseline(R)) > COVER > repeat until is healed.

The wound discharge will stuck in skin/undies/dressing without petroleum jelly or non-adhesive paraffin gauze like 'Jelonet' near the wound. Remember wash your hands before/after.

Hi

I had a similar issue. One of my stitches underneath had gaped. I highly recommend medical grade honey. I got 3 tubes off amazon. Apply to some gauze and wrap over the wound.
