Underwear or no underwear?

I'm sure everyone's seen my previous post about ED issues... so since then which has been over 2 weeks, I haven't worn any underwear... I think it's mostly because I didnt know what's causing my issue and I just wanted to it to be left free and let it like almost find itself again... should I go back to using underwear or is it completely normal? The bennefits so far I'd say is that it feels better, like bigger if I can say that. When my wife and I just graze each other or take a grab it has like a new found stiring in it. What's everyone's opinion on this?
