Glans hyper sensitivity and follow up

Any creams or solution for a very sensitive glans and every time something touches my glans it's a ripping feeling.... It's been 24 days since I got circumcised. But during shower while washing the glans it's such a difficult task as it stings when I touch it .. stitches are falling out one by One.... But the main stitch under the frenulum is till there...

Can't wear underwear as the glans stings .. pls help me out.

There are scabs still at the frenulum area .

And do u see any kind of infected area on my operated area ? Pls let me know...

Unfortunately Time is the solution to the healing and sensitivity issues. Its messy, but a big dollop of petroleum Jelly ( Vaseline) on the head helps insulate it from touching undergarments. I also found that male urinary incontinence pads available from pharmacy or other stores absorb that greasy Vaseline and add to the comfort while moving about. They don’t show unless you wear super tight pants. Otherwise, hang in there. You’ll be all healed. It just takes some guys longer than others.

The last part to recover is the frenulum so that stitch will also last longer. Also with hypersensitivity i am on my 4th week of my circumcision. I just used a simple method. No cream or pills are gonna make you loose that sensitivity asap so as soon as the stitches dry out, start wearing the tight underwear and slowly shift on loose ones and try to walk and let it rub. It feels uncomfortable but trust me it helps way faster than anything. Just don’t try till the stitches come out or they might get stuck in pants. Trust me i almost lost my sensitivity on day 9 and was able to run on 14th day
