Decreased penis sensitivity on glans and corona

Lately, I have noticed decreased penis sensitivity around glans, corona, and neck area of my circumcised penis.

I am an active person, I keep my keep my body active with outdoor and workout activities a few times a week. Also, I eat healthy, greens, fruits and I eat mostly on time, also I am a vegetarian. I drink alcohol socially and smoke greens occasionally.

I am in late 29's, (1 to 2 years ago) I used to have high libido levels, feel the inner beast with sex drive when I use to masturbate. But now it's different, I might not keep up with the frequency, but I still manage to do it 2 to 3 times a week and I know for sure, I don't feel the same as 1 to 2 years ago. (Is it going to decline going forward?)

There is a lot of fall in sensitivity around the penis corona, glans and neck area, I am wondering it might be due to anything like fall of testosterone levels? age related (as I am getting into 30's)? maybe due to circumcision (circumcised when 6)? or anything else? food? stress?

Not sure if it helps, but interest in the p*rn genre has greatly minimized. I used to have a preference for genre and enjoy a few different categories, now I don't as much.

Jim - it could be side effects of adhd medication. Talk to your doctor and be honest with your issues. Too young to have loss of libido. You could also check testosterone levels at the same time.

Could just be stress, or maybe lack of good sleep or body isnt getting the right nutrients. I wouldn't think it was age related as I am 40 and still have a high sex drive. Obviously those are all guesses but could get some blood work done to verify testosterone levels. As for the porn maybe hit up some different categories 😉
