In relation to circumcision from the posts I've read from my understanding a grower is when the penis almost doubles in length during an erection, but what is a shower? Is it just normal amount of extension or not much difference at all?
Just trying to understand all these references as im getting cut in a few days and will need to discuss the outcomes with my urologist.
Ha! A "shower" is a person whose penis doesn't really change much in size between flaccid and erect. It just straightens out, but is pretty much the same length either way.

"Shower" is a shower all the time . All the others are "growers". It doesn't matter how huge or long you'll grow when erect.
A 'shower' tend to be a guy who has a large flaccid penis.

Mine is a 'grower' 2-3 inches when flaccid and big enough when erect
