Well. I had wanted to know what's the exact purpose of wearing tight underwear yet the head is sensitive amd also.. How can I bare with the piercings from the threads since they r really pointy and irritating.??

Tight underwear is to stop the penis from rubbing against the material of slack underwear while it is sensitive.

I had the same problem, I never used a tight underwear or any underwear for that purpose. People say all kinds of things but you really have to figure out what works best for you. Don't irritate the wound, let it heal. Wash the wound twice a day with warm water, do not use salt water. Wrap a dressing, not a gauge but a some smooth cotton cloth after applying some ointment or cream. Which day are you in now?
