Chronic penis inflammation causing damage??

Long story short,

a year ago I suddenly had a lot of red bumps on my glans and my foreskin was cracked and painfull. (this was 10 days after having seks with someone that later noticed she had a fungal infection at that moment). The dokter then assumed I had fungal infection. I tried creams and it eventually went away, but came back very shortly after. Now it has been constantly inflamed for like 9 months. I tried everything. I went to a ton of dermatogist they say its inflamed but its not a fungus (I did 2 sample tests).

Yea no shit that it is inflamed. But why? They don’t know. On my glans this is causing a lot of vertical lines/skin folds/scars. They are getting worse and worse over al this time. I also have irritation and cracks on my foreskin but they become less when there is less inflammation (mostly when I wake up). But the ones on my glans stay like that…

I also made a word document with detailed explanation and pictures. but I am unable to post it it seems.

I tried litteraly every cream.

I can't go like this the scarring its killing me. Its on my mind 24/7 the itching and all its to much to handle. its 2019 how come no one can help me with this?

Are you sure it's not the detergent that is used to wash your underwear is not causing that ? Since you did tests and all was good . You basically eliminated fungal infection by that . I know it sounds weird but that happens when you develop irritation one of the ingredients.

Thanks for the reply, no its not that. Ive been using the same one for years and its a soft hypoalleric kind of detergent. The areas affected are only the ones that are kept away from fresh air and underwear like the glans and inner foreskin as I am not circumcised.

Hi mate I have the same issue, does it go sore itchy and peel sometimes ??

Yeah man often it comes up throughout the day where the itching gets painfull or when it just feels very irritated and also kinda painfull. What do you mean with peeling exactly? sometimes I see dry skin flakes not often and very little. I see them more often on my balls (who are also itchy and irritated most of the time). if you have similar symtoms could you send me a message of your history with your problem?

thanks for the reply!, Indeed I have balanoposthitis. But from the 6 dermatologist I've been to, no one knows what the cause is. I've done 2 sample swabs and they found nothing in the lab. Seems like biopsy is my last option but docters are hesitant when I talk about it. The last dermatolegist told me some men have it without a cause. She gave me vaseline and with smal cortisone amount for daily use. It does nothing. She had no other solution. I think the same: inflammation always had a cause. But environment is ruled out because I don't use soap there and I minimized washing and I did 2 sample swabs that came back negative (maybe it was not properly done?). Anyway this al started 10 days after having sex for the first time, I was also taking antibiotics at that time.

Yeah I understand, but it doens't hold up automatically it goes back over my glans. Also do you know any other forums like this site here (healthunlocked not the reddit one)
