Penis head (Glans) Sore and Painful

Dear all, Recently my penis head (glans) sometimes becomes very painful towards the end of sex. After ejaculation I have to move penis out very slowly out of the vagina, or I get a very sharp pain in the penis head/glans. It becomes very sensitive and sore. Sometimes if my girlfriend touches or puts her mouth on it for a second session, I feel a sharp stabbing pain, again in the same penis glans head.

I thought it might be due to vigorous sex and the penis head being sore, but even with a gentle short sex session (say, 5minutes) I also have had the same pain.

Any advice or similar experiences shared would be appreciated!

1. skin damage due to hard dry sex and no lube, if so

you need week to 10 days of waiting in order to restore the skin health.

2. skin ulcer due to skin infections, allergy, or balanitis..

you should go to doctor.

thank you. There was enough lubrication the last time and it was still painful...Are there any other possible reasons?

It is normal to be hypersensitive after ejaculating and any further touching or stimulation is just too much. Hence the meme 'when she keeps going after you nut'

Thank you, That's reassuring. It was concerning to me because on one or two occasions recently when girlfriend put her mouth on it shortly after ejaculation i was feeling such a sharp, piercing pain there
