It's very normal to wash under foreskin too, but there is no need for soap always. Just wash it under shower > dry it> moisturize it.

Hi, it looks like you have a mild case of balanitis could be from irritation soaps or a fungal infection your glans should not dry out like this when you have foreskin. You could try the chemist for some antifungal cream. I would keep it clean and moisturised if it doesn't improve or gets worse contact your GP

I agree, it could be due to a reaction to soap and the OP may be washing too much

I could be wrong but you probably master bating to much and it’s shaffing. Or put some creams to keep it moist. I been looking into emieds cream they say it helps with a lot of stuff like this fungal, bacteria, dry red scaling etc... maybe see if that helps
