Fordyce spots?

Howdy, so I’ve had these random whitish bumps on my Foreskin for about 5 months now and theres like 4 others at like the neck of my cock and idk if i should be worried or not. They’re pretty much all on foreskin but those are the only ones that are exposed, the others look flat which aren’t really noticeable but they grow sometimes. They’re Painless and when I squeeze them sometimes there’s like some white little string looking thing that comes out, it kinda looks like a white hair or some shit. Has anyone of you experience this?

Hey Man, they could be sebaceous cyst or fordyce spots probably best to have them check with your GP when you get a chance.

I have many fordyce spots, but they look a bit different than yours. Mine are mainly under the skin, all along the shaft. They are harmless though
