Had surgery 3 days ago, not sure if this is what it is supposed to look like. I haven't been able to find much information online.
A decent amount of pain that makes me nauseous and an odd smell.

its because your one is flaccid
I am worried as it has never been buried this far prior to the operation. I am supposed to apply ointment to the incision area, but I can't get at it without forcing the skin back, which I was told not to do.
many have same one when flaccid. do not worry!!
If you cannot get to the incision site without doing something you have been told not to do, I would recommend you visit your doctor rather than not treat it. Smells are sometimes a sign of infection.
The odd smell and pain are indications that something is wrong! See your doctor ASAP. If there’s an infection you need to get on antibiotics.
Update: Went to my GP; I have a mild infection. Was given painkillers and antibotics. Other than that, was told to continue with the warm salt water soaks.
Thank-you to everyone who replied to my post. I was given very little post-op care or information about what to expect.
