You appear to have a lot of stitches meaning the wound isn't 'open' and isn't draining any build-up of fluid as indicated by your swollen shaft. This is quite normal so nothing to be concerned about at this stage. I was advised to keep my penis pointing upwards as much as possible to allow gravity to drain it.

Otherwise everything looks fine. Hope this helps.

Have you got a loose and low cut? I think that when you can't see the stitches on the ventral side but you do on the underside that might mean that it is a loose circumcision. Are you aware of the cut you have been given?

Not sure that’s relevant or helpful?

Perfectly normal. Healing going well. I couldn’t see the stitches on the top side of my penis until around day 10. All starts coming together then. Your glans will eventually dry over and sensitivity will reduce substantially around that point.

I should add that I think I had around 17 stitches holding it all together. Not a lot of chances for fluid to drain. Some people do mention keeping it upright, towards your navel, however, I found that extremely uncomfortable, especially with the amount of stitches you probably have on the underside - it would pull these stitches and so I decided that rather than pulling stitches and risking an open wound, I would just leave it and let time do it’s thing. Swelling has massively reduced now.

Thank you, yeah keeping it facing up is VERY uncomfortable
