3 weeks post OP, concerned about my glans color, is this normal? Picture inside

I'm on 3 weeks post OP and there were only few stitches left, my reason for circumcision is because I had phimosis where I can't even see the head of my glans and I used to have recurring balanitis.

So today I just realized my glans looks red on top but the side and bottom of the glans is kinda yellowish slight green color, is this a normal glans color? I'm also very concerned with the white stuff below my glans (between glans and the cut line, I had to pull my skin to reveal this), is this a smegma built up due to phimosis? I always pour water on it when I shower but it doesn't come off, I haven't tried rubbing it because it's still very sensitive, I tried to swept it with tissue but no luck as well. Should I be concerned and see the urologist?

I had my circuncision 1 mouth ago due to phimosis my penis looks the same like yours expet that all my stiches are gone expet one under so dont worry everything looks good the glands are not used to be free so i have the same under and i wash away , expet the stiches looks almost like mine and my doc said everything is good, cheers.
