3 Weeks Post Circumcision

So today I had my follow up appointment with my doctor after the surgery 21 days after. I brought up my concerns regarding my post experience. I asked about the slight bump and the swelling near the incision line, (you can see my last post for an image) and informed me that those were mainly parts where I had a lot of blood vessel ends which caused the bruising and swelling. The right side was pretty swollen compared to the left, which was not swollen at all. He told me with time it was going to flatten which relieved me. He recommended not to have intercourse or sexual activity for about 2 weeks since I had a slight opening within my scar behind my glans. Overall he told me my penis looked great for 3 weeks and concluded that I shouldn’t have to pay him another visit or appointment unless I had more concerns. I will be posting another current picture once I hit a month of progress.

Hello Vincent. I’ve read this post and looked at your previous post as well. I think I’m facing something similar as you. It’s my 4th week of recovery. While my foreskin remains are perfectly aligned with the shaft on the right side, the left side has a scar and the skin there is a bit bumpy. My doctor prescribed me some steroid cream to calm that area down. Hopefully ether the cream will help or the swelling will just disappear itself.
