I have a long foreskin. Fair bit of excess when flaccid. Still a little prepuce/ excess when erect.
I think I also have phimosis. I have absolutely no problem retracting my foreskin when flaccid to wash etc. It is however very tight and uncomfortable to retract when erect. But not particularly over tight if left, due to having too much foreskin.
I'm 33. Had healthy sex life etc but only in last couple of years has it started to dawn on me it's not quite normal.
Had the same issue except I couldn’t even pull it back to clean! It’s called “Phimosis”, hope this helps!

Why? Do you have pain during sex? I would always just spit on my dick or have her suck it first so it’s lubricated then sex was fine. And don’t forget I had phimosis so bad that even flaccid I couldn’t retract!
True. What made you do it if you were having sex ok? I feel it might still improve sex and apperance
Sex caused pain if no lube and not enough spit was available. Also circumcised dicks are “preferred” by girls at my age/on a college campus.

This looks exactly how mine was befote circumcision and I suffered from bad Phimosis the same as Liammartinez. I could never retract my foreskin at all flaccid or erect. Sex was difficult as mentioned unless there was a lot of lube etc. I'm 4 months post circ and it's the best thing I ever did. I'm 24 and I felt strange getting it done at this age so never worry about that.

This is where mine perhaps isn't so chronic as it retracts easily when flaccid. I think I was just given too much skin and i never grew into it lol!!!

I haven't lost any feeling, it's different don't get me wrong but now it's more pleasurable than it ever was before. I took a week and a half off because I had the luxury too but baring complications a week should be fine

I would sure try stretching my foreskin before I would consider getting circ. Try it in the shower with warm soapy water. It keeps mine lose with no retraction issues, flaccid or hard. Just because we live in the USA does not mean you need to be cut.

If you have no pain pulling back the foreskin completely and are able to wash it regularly and also have no pain or discomfort during sex and have no infection then there is no medical reason to get circumcised.
If you prefer to get circumcised due to personal esthetic preference then that is the only reason to get circumcised.
It is essential to understand and be honest about what motivates you in order to obtain the best results.
You are having a good life so, despite what others will tell you, it is not putting your partners off. You are able to clean you penis properly. I am struggling to see what your problem really is other than your penis might look better. That is very subjective and from what you have said it is not an issue for others. Please also be aware that you can please a partner as well with an uncircumcised penis as with a circumcised penis. I really do not think that UK women are any less fulfilled than US women.

It looks quite normal. If it's a bit tight when erect, a few weeks of easy and simple applications of tension on the opening will permanently solve the issue.

I used the ShangRing and did the operation myself at home, got the necessary equipments from Amazon and bought Lidocaine cream from my local pharmacy to numb the penis.
I visited my doctor after I removed the ring for prescription antibiotics because I was concerned it might be infected but luckily it wasn't.
My doctor commended me for my bravery... Lol
