Hey guys so, if you haven't seen my botched pictures you can check them out on my page, however, I'm very displeased about my operation, it has caused so many dark mental thoughts and has put so many barriers in my sex life and I've never had closure for the horrible thing that was done to me. I was cut as a baby and my parents consented for me, now as an adult I was wondering if there are any legal actions I can take to get some sort of justice for myself? Medical malpractice? Lack of consent? Do i have Options? I'll be happy to further clarify if I need to

Against the one who did the operation or the hospital, after finally discussing what has happened to my parents they have apologized and empathized with me so I’m not after them

Like someone else wrote earlier today on the other line. It's very difficult to find out after 21 years, who to blame. Was it a botched job? Did you asked your mother? What about the after care post-op? I don't know your medical system at all. Is there any documentation left?

I am in the USA and yes my circ was very botched and unfortunately I don’t any actual records telling me what happened but I am reaching out to that hospital for a release of medical records. And I have no idea what happened on after care, I was too young to remember. I’ve asked my mom and she is also looking further into it

When wrote after care post-op I meant like next three months at home. Did you get back home after couple of days?

You need to get on with your life and do not worry about suing someone. Perhaps your parents are as culpable as the doctor who did the circ by not keeping care of the wound after the circ. From your pictures, a good plastic surgery surgeon can greatly improve your scars. You are in the states. Check out Dr. Cornell in Atlanta.

How old are you? Why were you cut as an infant? Do you have any paper work showing your penis was reattached or fixed in some way? Looking for paper is helpful. How old are you? Have you tried stimulating other parts of your body to try and stimulate your penis. Other possible erogenous zones could be nipples or asshole or feet or something else. It’s very important to try and stimulate other areas of your body to see if this increases your pleasure for your penis. Consulting a lawyer could be helpful.

I am 21, and my mom says that the doctor asked if they wanted me cut and they said sure, wasn’t a real conversation between my parents, which upsets me. And it seems that having anal play can help a little bit but nothing more than that.

in the medical circumcisions, they sell the infant foreskins to cosmetic companies, which shows a conflict of interest regarding the medical benefits of circumcision.

I hope you were born here in EU. It's likely you didn't get routine infant circumcision, but if that happened the healthcare system is not company based like there. Expences of repair operation will payed by taxes.

You have a lot of issues with your penis that need to be rectified. From what you have said, that should be your priority. Apportioning blame and getting compensation/fees for reconstructive surgery could take some while. Can you seek legal advice?

There have been successful suits fought against doctors and hospitals, but to the best of my knowledge, they were filed within on year if becoming 18 years old.

I think this is something that could be corrected though. I would advise to find a good plastic surgeon and ask for a revision surgery - skin bridges and scarring can be fixed. They really can do miracles.

exactly a good surgeon can remove most of the damaged areas and you will have a perfect result. You should find a good surgeon
