Should be OK, the upside is that with the wound being ‘open’ any swelling is likely to be minimal.

I was dressed for the second tym and when i removed the bandage it was open

Its a a bandage that have like vaseline on it

make sure theres lots of vaseline or use non stick pads just so you dont rip the scab off. If bandage gets stuck soak it in water and slowly remove it.

You need to remove bandages parallel with the wound line, not agains it. That minimaze the pull stress on the area. I hope it will heal well now.

The same thing happened to me brother, I had a few stitches open due to erections. Mine was actually worst than yours and yes it will close up. Will just take longer to heal probably an extra week. Don't use any soaps as it will irritate it, only keep clean It with water pat dry then air dry after showers. That's what I did.
