(Left side of the penis) the left image on the left is it’s normal state, on the right is when I pull the skin back, my skin seems a bit webbed...is this normal or is it something to be concerned about

It’s still a bit tender and is sometimes red

I think it's normal

You are fine . Use Bio Oil every day until you see full recovery . Penises take up to 2 years to complete full recovery . Post op recovery is one thing , complete skin recovery is a totally different thing.
