The inner part of the foreskin is attaching to the gland (I think it is) will this resolve itself? Can't pull foreskin back any further.

Do you still have some stitches left? It looks like swollen. Circular wound/scar can restrict the movement over your glans. I know your head is very sensive. If you put some lubricant on it, can you slide eg teaspoon end round under the foreskin.

Can't get anything in. I've got lube and it won't go back

Does it (the base) move any forward then? There is double layer still, cause you have that much skin left. You can try to rub the skin back of your wound.

Hi Man, have you been able to clean it with salted water. in this photo it looks very moist looking have you been to your GP for a check-up you may need some antibiotics. it is quite swollen still it will take time to go down it will improve once the swelling goes down but you really should have it checked with your doctor.
