To stretch your foreskin just get to fingers inside and hold a it of tension on it for a few minutes.Best done after a soak in the bath

You can stretch but be sure that you're really doing fine. This will consume a lot of time. You can talk with your doctor regards a safe practice of this stretching.

Thank you so much for your advice Busha . I have a telephone consultation in the morning and hopefully he / she will point me in the right direction :)

I assume you have Amazon in the UK. They sell a few items that will help with stretching your foreskin.

Foreskin retractors. some brands are Vajraang Phimosis Stretching bands, Anchsaa Phimosis Stretching Device, Novoglan Stretching bands

If it is purely a tight foreskin try the following. I had pinhole phimosis and tried to stretch it with everything, then realised people stretch their earlobes to ludicrous sized openings starting with a hole they actually have to make themselves, whereas we have a completely natural opening which simply needs stretching. I discovered the slippiest material is PTFE (although Delrin may be similar) and originally found one supplier Stonewolf Adornments and more recently Southshore Adornments, I ordered Labrets/Philtrums (sets of these from small to large are much cheaper) you can personalise their shape exactly as you wish (I ask them to make the top rim wider so it's easier to insert). I obviously don't mention what I am using it for, they must assume I have a piercing😊. I gently insert with a bit of KY Jelly and just stick a bit of Sellotape over the top to keep it in, though medical tape is probably better. Do not move up a size until it goes in and out really easily. Not medical advice obviously, just what worked well for me, good luck!

Just so I get this right Steve , I need to obtain a series of gradually widening cock rings ??? and you say it worked for you ?? I will try anything at the moment as I can`t even masturbate :(

What is PTFE is that the lubricant ?? and did you order the adornments online ??

Hi, yes, so they are little things that you basically stick in your foreskin hole, with lubricant, then once the foreskin has widened enough so that you can put that size in an out really easily just move up a size, etc then just stop when it's as wide as you wish. Do not rush it , it takes as long as it takes . Yes, I looked on the web and discovered that PTFE is the slipperiest substance known to man so I assumed that would be the best material to buy although I recently read that delrin seems similar. The only two places I could find that did PTFE were those that I mentioned above. Have a look on their websites and you will see what I mean. Hope that helps!

Thank you for your help once again Steve I really want to go the non invasive route even though it may be slower ha ha ha not a lover of pain ;) I will order the PTFE / Delrin today :) . One last thing Steve , I know we are all different , but how long did yours take ??

I'm not a lover of pain either!😀 so you might as well give it a go! It is totally individual, so depends how long you keep it in for each time, but i am no medical experts so you will have to find what works for you. If you are ordering, just one tip, i always ask them to make the inserting end as round as possible for easy insertion!, they will usually make things to order so you can tell them to make it however you like. Best of luck!!

Cheers Steve , after a little more research on Amazon , I have ordered a torture device ha ha ha , it is like a reverse action mole grip with a specially designed head which is designed to be inserted and then screwing a bezzled headed screw it opens up wider and wider until your satisfied with the result :) Thank you again for advising me on this delicate subject ;)

My great pleasure, and I hope the device ( the “Glansie”?) works well for you!

Hi Nellsta thank you for the response , I have acquired some Betamethasone from my GP it has helped but only to ease the pain , not as a cure it`s a steroid cream I also bought myself an instrument of torture to push down the sheath then squeeze the handles together so that the 2 prongs open up and stretch the foreskin :o but it may be working . They can be bought on Amazon under Phimosis stretching tool .

I believe you may be able to use a steroid cream but idk what kind, you may be able to look it up. I think the thing to find out is how long and with what frequency you apply it so the skin doesn't thin too much. I believe you can also have a dorsal slit procedure to loosen it if other methods don't work.

That sounds painful IPNH :o a dorsal slit but I suppose if it ends the suffering it has to be considered !! Thanks for replying :) Oh the steroid cream I was given is Betamethasone ;)

I had my circumcision about 10 days ago after suffering the same as you. Before looking at non surgical alternatives you need to understand the cause of your phimosis. If it has been caused by diabetes then you should have the surgery as the lesions that you get at the tip of your foreskin will continue to occur if you try and stretch your foreskin. Consult your doctor.

I am on day 10 post circumcision done under a local anaesthetic with not a single bit of pain. This forum has been excellent in guiding me through the different stages post surgery. My stitches are still dissolving, there is the wet yellow smelly scab everyone talks about which Zi clean a couple of times a day, erections are the only thing that causes discomfort. Read medical advice on why you should have the surgery for health and cleanliness reasons.

Hi Jad13 Thank you for the advice , luckily I am not diabetic and the use of Betamethasone has eased the pain but not cured it I am seeing my GP on 31st and will listen carefully to what he has to say before I make up my mind up :) I will let the fraternity know if they are interested ha ha ha

Stretching is a possibility. Also worth a try is a topical steroid. Surgical plastic correction is another alternative.
