The need to ejaculate a few weeks post cut

I read here a lot that the need to ejaculate is an issue a couple of weeks after surgery & rightly so, but the thought of causing damage or pulling out stitches etc is a real concern. Well if there's no pain when erect there's no need to go tugging away like before. I’m not circumcised yet but my plan is to use some kind of vibrating device. I’ve noticed if I put my shoulder massaging wand on my penis head it can make me ejaculate without any movement of the shaft skin, so I’m hoping that will help me cum without screwing up the incision

Can you please explain the theory around producing testosterone by rubbing the testicles together? This is not something I have ever heard of.

As far as I know, some men have sensitive nipples that can enhance sexual excitement but not all men do. Some men can also cum from prostate massage/stimulation but again not all men do.

That said, it can be interesting exploring your orgasm and what might help it. It is good to have a varied armoury!

Just from my own experiences of exploring, when the testicles are fondled/gently massaged I’ve found this to bring on a stronger erection & heightened sexual arousal, I just put this down to the testicles releasing more testosterone.

Don’t quote me on that but it just feels like it, hence the excitement felt throughout the body.

I can find nothing on that action causing a rush of testosterone - which would, I guess, have to result from a precursor from the pituitary gland if it was happening. Perhaps what you felt had another cause but great that it works for you and might for others.
