You need to give it more time, You are only a couple months or so out from your circ. As the months go by it will flatten out. Your scar appears almost perfect in comparison to many adult circs.

It looks dry. Try a scar product like Maderma Intensive Overnight Scar Cream, Bio Oil, coconut oil, or something similar made for reducing the appearance of scars. Visit your pharmacy. I suggest a product that is creamy or oily as that will provide the longest lasting moisture which is key to improving the appearance and texture of skin.
