5 Months in, tight around scar line & penis lost size

Hey All

i have a few problems that are really getting to me. I'm quite a grower and when i'm fully erect it gets tight like i have a rubber band around my penis around the scarline? Will this go over time?

Also it feels like i've lost size similar to a few other posts, leaving the penis slightly buried. I need to loose weight as im over weight and also was thinking would steroid cream just help loosen things up?

Any other advise really appreciate it

Mine feels like I have a rubber band around it even when I'm soft, I don't mind because it's kind of stimulating except erect it was a bit uncomfortable so I used steroid cream on it and it loosened it up. Good luck.

I tried Betnovate to loosen my foreskin, apparently it’s good but didn’t do much for me.

Hi, the active ingredient was clobetasol propionate but it's in lots of different brand named creams. I think it's the ingredient in Betnovate that Helpreq mentions below, but it's part of a whole family of costicosteroids so there are others to try with different active drugs in. I also tried Betnovate to loosen my foreskin before resorting to a circumcision and it didn't work on that but did on the scar tissue.

Buried when flaccid but how about when erect? Size lost or tight band mainly the issue?

Hello, both separate issues, the tight band causes discomfort as my girth increases quite a lot but where the join is from the circumcision doesn't follow leaving it like there's a tight rubber band around my penis. Hopefully this adapts over time

The buried issue is when erect mainly, i feel like i need more skin when erect. It seems like it's pulling the skin up from the base & testicle area

Your doctor removed too much skin. Skin will stretch but it's not ideal. One needs to be careful otherwise this happens. There are surgical "fixes" if it bothers you but with a skilled surgeon you wouldn't have this issue in the first place. Did you also get extra hair on your shaft?

Hey a bit of a late reply, i think the doctor should of left more skin on as i'm a grower. They should consider the erect length when going to operate.. Yeah appears that there are some hairs pulling up the shaft when erect. At the moment im focusing on loosing weight to see if that resolve issues as my BMI is 30-35 and i have a fat pad around that area
