Lymphatic fluid. It’s part of how the body heals itself. If however it starts to smell bad, you’ll know the smell, then it’s antibiotic time. For now gently rinsing with salty water is how to keep it clean

Yes looks like lymph fluid to me. Should be watery and thin not thick and green and should it have a smell. Do epsom salt soaks to help with healing and swelling and to help prevent infection.
