I'm new here and 22 years old....today I'm on my 7th day of recovery from circumcision. WELL the pain and swelling have been slowly subsiding over this past 7 days. But now I'm worried about a small spot under my penis just beneath the wound next to the frenulum. It was initially dry and scaly but swollen and today i woke up to it having some white-yellowish and clear dripping liquids. It is not painful just that i feel some inflammation sensation on it. WHAT MIGHT BE THE PROBLEM? IS IT AN INFECTION? SHOULD I BE WORRIED? OR ITS JUST A NORMAL COMMON THING?
I haven't been able to go for a follow up checkup since i moved to a new city on day 3.

Might just be clear yellow fluid which is lymph . It might leak for a few more days and is normal. If you have an infection , the yellow fluid might be thicker, stained with blood and the area of infection will be acutely inflammed painful and oozing discharge . It might also bleed. Would suggest you to have warm baths and use salt water and monitor the site for a few days. If you feel pain is increasing , discharge is not looking normal and frankly more anxious call your surgeon and let him know.
Although it might not be the same, I have experienced what you seem to be having and bathing and salt water helped get rid of it after 7-10 days post op ! I have had yellow scabbing and yellow discharge which crusted often . All the bathing helped get rid of it.
Btw follow ups are very important so you might want to visit a doc ! If you do have an infection now would be the best time to go !
Well, I visited a general practitioner and confirmed it's not an infection. He applied some anti-septic cream on the are. And yesterday marked 4th week post operation. It's healed but there's still some scab on the frenulum and some little bit of swelling around the inner foreskin.
I'ld say it's pretty much healed and was able to masturbate three times already with no complications but takes a long time to cum.
