I was once just a bedwetter and my briefs leaked all the time because I got erect at night and peed out the brief. I use and underpad for this.after my accident losing all control, I am flaccid. I have foudn this very desirable. It's easy to change my brief and I prefer to be flaccid if a nurse helps. Basically I pee right into the center and don't leak.
