Sorry for bad photo it was quite hard to get a clear shot, this is 4 weeks after circumcision and I have noticed that these red things have appeared in the photo the penis is flaccid and it seems to be worse when erect any idea what these are?

Hello savitar,it's hard to see what they could be because the photo isn't clear,,do those patches bleed???? Are they at the sight where the stiches where?

A tiny bit of blood comes from them, they only seem to be visible when erect or when the swelling is pulled back a bit

Use salt water,the stiches must have fallen out leaving some small wounds, frankly they are nothing to worry about,the salt water will help them close in a day and you will be all fine,If you notice anything like pus comming from the wounds,use ampiclox for afew days to stop the infection

I wonder if it could have been a mistake by the doctor. Could it be part of the glans that was torn from the glans? I was circumcised as an infant, so I have something similar on mine and always thought that it was when they tore the inner lining of the foreskin from the glans. When they do this, sometimes parts of the glans are torn off as well. Were you circumcised because of phimosis?

I was circumcised due to a tight foreskin I couldn’t retract, doctors never said I had phimosis or anything, im gonna go to the doctors and get it checked hopefully it’s nothing bad.

I don’t think it’s anything serious, but definitely go to doctor.
