Loose the weight. Your penis just needs to adjust to the circumcision, and will return to it's normal size.

What does it do? I once saw a guy using it. It seems to loosen the tissue on the penis?

My guess would be it stretches the ligament and expands the tissue in the penis to allow for length... no sure lol

its called a penis extender/stretcher,they cost between £10-£18
