As the testicles generally produce less testosterone over time then the testicles will shrink accordingly.

you know, bodybuilders who underwent hormone replacement therapy will have their testicles size reduced significantly. it's because external testosterone intake will put their own testicles into vacation mode, the size will be smaller because it stops producing its own testosterone.

same principle applied when we are ageing, our balls produce less and less as the time goes by, so the size will get smaller too. of course everybody is different, the rate of deterioration will vary as well.

It’s been 6 weeks since my circumcision and I’m giving it more time to heal but I can’t wait to empty mine haha. I used to empty mine everyday too.

I wonder if it depends on other health factors that make them get smaller I heard men that get less sleep have smaller balls how true that is I don’t know

I am not sure why that would be the case wlm9700 . But I do know it is really important to regularly check for lumps, bumps and tender spots down there.

I don’t think my balls have shrunk as I’ve got older. I never realised I had big balls till a drunken comparison at a festival back in the 90’s. The main trouble with my balls is that my cock hides in them when it’s cold and all you can see is some foreskin sticking out inbetween them!

I have not noticed any reduction in the size of mine. (In my sixties now).

They have, however, retained their sensitivity and need to be handled gently.
