Why is the skin on my penis shiny/scaly?

I'm completely baffled by it. I just have no idea why it's like this. It's like a scaly/crystal like texture, and when you shine light on it you can see it really badly. At first I thought the skin might just be dry? But I've been using E45 cream twice a day for months now and it's not done anything.

Anyone got any ideas?

You need to see your primary doctor and/or get sent to an urologist.

It’s possible you could have phimosis.

That’s how it started with me, then it got tight and painful. The ski was flaky and shiny. Tripped me the fuck out! 😂

There is some treatment that can help, it’s a steroid cream.

Buttttttt it doesn’t always work, best example is it’s like wearing a band aide for life!

I was using a steroid cream 3x a day, and I would had had to continue that way forever if I didn’t want to have surgery.

I opted for surgery...

Mid July, 4 months later, I’m sooooooooo much happier today than before the surgery.
