What is this red rash with cracked skin on my foreskin?

I’ve had this red rash on my foreskin for a very long time and have no idea what it is. My penis also swells on the left side and when it does the skin looks lighter in colour.

Thank you. I’m in Stoke-on-Trent, England. I haven’t been to any sort of doctor since I was 14 when I broke my ankle playing football I’m 22 now. I’ve generally always been scared of hospitals so that’s always put me off going, also my foreskin has always been kinda tight too so not sure if that’s anything to do with it. I’m just hoping to god it ain’t cancer or anything that deadly.

If you did have a cancerous or pre-cancerous condition, not knowing is foolish. Tackling problems like that early is vital to a good recovery.

I fully agree mate, it’s just the fear is kinda debilitating and you just to ignore it. I’ll have to get a appointment ASAP
