I don't have much pain except for erections. Is there a certain way to help ease the pain of night time erections? I figured not much can be done about this but just endure.

How soon can I start using the sea salt water treatment as well as bio oil to promote better healing?

Im assuming it's due to the nature of the operation but will the frenelum end up getting closer to the penis rather than sticking out? I can't really describe it so I'll post a pic to give you guys an idea.

Is it personal preference to wear underwear during this process? I wear them to work but can only deal so much with it but when I come home it feels so much better just let it hang loose underneath my sweats.

I was just going to mix the solution into a disposable cup and while in the shower kind of just dip the tip in there for a moment. But i was assuming it would have to be done after stitches disolve to not have them soak and disolve earlier than needed.

Hi there. Regarding underwear, I had a second circumcision when I was 20 and I found it best to wear tight underwear so that my penis didn’t move around, but some people here suggest otherwise. When I was at home I preferred wearing nothing.

Hi Man, it's looking good for just 4 days you still could get some bruising and more swelling but hopefully you won't.

You can use some salted water from now on to remove any dried blood the stitches shouldn't dissolve that quick but after a week you might find one or two getting loose. I wouldn't use any bio oil until your stitches are all gone and you're wound is healed.

the little bump where are your frenulum joined your glands hopefully it will be absorbed into your glans. some of mine did but I did have some excess skin there and I had it removed afterwards.

I use tight boxer briefs and I even dressed it for a couple of weeks to keep it clean and to keep it comfortable when I was working.

Does your shaft skin partially cover your glands when you aren’t pulling it back like you are in the pic?

Right now it does partially cover the glands but that also is because it's still swollen.

Yeah mine is exactly the same, I currently can’t pull it back to reveal my stitches though, frustrating the life out of me

Oh gotcha, well as long as youre not forcing it I'm sure eventually you'll get there. Just gotta let the swelling go down I guess.

There's no drug that simply stops erections and does nothing else (ie. with that as its main purpose); a few years ago they did a trial of an anti-fungal drug which appeared promising but a controlled trial revealed it was ineffective. You can use things like anti-androgens (e.g. the birth control shot Depo Provera) but it's too late when you have the surgery; you have to start those a few weeks beforehand. The pain will stop after a few nights (or did for me).

Yeah figured there were no drugs, I'm just tired of waking up in the middle of the night in pain. Guess I'll just endure it and hope it lessens with each night.
