I got circumcised this monday. Now its sunday and im not feeling any pain or dripping any blood. Is it possible that im healed this quickly and how do i know If Im healed and ready to masturbate?

If you’re not feeling pain then that’s good and the wound has obviously sealed now as it’s not bleeding. However the joint will still be weak so vigorous masturbation should be avoided for a few weeks until properly healed.
Was your circumcision done to cure tight or non-retractable foreskin and is your glans penis very sensitive?

You definitely won't be healed this soon after a surgical circumcision - give it a rest as your wound will still be raw even if it's stopped hurting and can easily be damaged.
Watch a lot of blood curdling horror movies for the next few weeks or you could go with some nice G rated movies like Bambi. Anything to keep your mind off sex.
