Pain with erection sharp pain on shaft.

Hi guys, I got circumcised 4 weeks ago healing quite well still got a few stitches. I have a question when I get a erection I get a sharp pain on the left side of my shaft I have circled in the photo there is little bump when run my finger across it to when it erect and not erect was just wondering if this is normal I can’t get a full hard on because of this? Cause it’s quite sore at the moment like feels bruised is this still swelling?. Hope you can help! Thank you

It might be where veins were tied and cut. I had two lumps that were painful on erection and while they were disconcerting, after a few weeks they went away.

Hi mate,

I don’t have the answer but I have the same thing going on and my circ looks very like yours.

What I do get from all the posts I’ve read on this forum is that it takes a while for all things to settle down and get back to normal, usually 3-6 months.

Our penis has gone through a traumatic time and what the other guy wrote sounds very plausible.

After my morning erections a bit on the left hand side were you marked swells up then goes down within 2 hours. If anybody has any clues on that it would be good to hear them as well.

I’m on week 3 now.
