Circumcision wound opened

Ok, so i was circumcised exactly 4 weeks ago. Everything going great, but I was with my girl 3 days ago and we were making out and I somehow managed to open a very small part of my wound. The size is very small - it's smaller than the head of a match, like someone poked me with a needle. Also, my circ was loose, so that part of the wound is covered by my foreskin when flaccid. I don't feel anything there, I only saw it because there were few drops of blood on my underwear. I saw it that time, and I saw it yesterday when I rolled the foreskin back while showering, and I saw a few drops of blood this morning again. Should I be concerned?
